Drop-off and Pick-up: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on your check-in and check-out day.
Need a different time? Message us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What to include in your message

To help us respond quickly, please share: your cat's name and age, the dates you're considering, whether you'd like a Standard Stay or Private Room, any medical or behavioural notes, and whether you'd like to add our Cat Chauffeur Service for GTA pick-up and drop-off. The more we know up front, the more useful our first reply will be.

Already know what you need?

If you're ready to lock in your dates, you can request your booking online. Most requests are approved in about 2 hours during work hours, and we follow up by email with the final price including HST, a secure card payment link, and check-in instructions. Nothing is due until your cat's check-in day.

Service area

We're based in Oakville and welcome cat families from across the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Burlington, Milton, Brampton, Etobicoke, and Toronto. If you're not sure whether we cover your area for the Cat Chauffeur Service, just ask and we'll confirm.
