Our Booking Process

We care deeply about every cat we board and take numerous steps at the time of booking to ensure we can provide a safe, happy and healthy environment for all of our guests.

Since we are a home-based boarding and value our and our guests’ privacy, we only share the full address once we approve the booking.

How to book

  1. Book a stay on our website

    Please use our website’s booking feature to make a reservation for your cat at our home. Select any add-ons you may want to add to your booking. The prices shown at this point do not include discounts and HST, and you will not be requested to pay at this point.

  2. Update intake and medical information

    Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the Intake Forms, and proof of vaccination will be requested. One of our team members will reach out to you to respond to any questions you may have.

  3. Approval and payment

    We will review the forms and respond with an approval in most cases within the same day. Upon approval, we will communicate the final price with all promotions, discounts and taxes applied, and a Stripe payment link will be emailed to you.
