Tell us about your cat

Head to our booking form and share your cat's details, your stay dates, and your preferred drop-off and pick-up times within our 9 AM to 9 PM window. The form takes about 5 minutes.

You'll also upload your cat's vaccination record as part of the form. Up-to-date vaccinations are required for every guest — this keeps every cat in our home safe.

Quick review, fast approval

We review every booking personally — no auto-approvals, no chatbots. Most are approved within about 2 hours during work hours, often sooner. You'll get an email confirming approval, with any follow-up questions about feeding, medication, or your cat's personality.

If we have a scheduling conflict or our home is fully booked for your dates, we'll let you know right away and suggest alternative dates if you have flexibility.

Pay and lock it in

Once approved, you'll receive a secure Shopify invoice for the full stay — discounts and HST already applied. Pay it whenever's convenient. Your cat's spot is fully reserved as soon as the invoice is settled, and there's nothing more to pay on drop-off day.

All payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

After payment: we send calendar invitations confirming your drop-off and pick-up times. Please arrive at the times listed in the invite — those are the slots we've reserved for your cat, and we'll be home and ready then.
