Door to door, in four calm steps.
1 · Request your booking online. Choose pickup, drop-off, or both, and tell us your dates. Most bookings are approved in about 2 hours during work hours.
2 · We come to you. On arrival day, your chauffeur picks your cat up at your door — calm, climate-controlled cat transportation straight to our home in Oakville.
3 · Your cat settles in, cage-free. Meals at 9 AM, 3 PM, and 9 PM. Daily brushing, individual play, sunny rooms with cat trees — and photos and videos to your phone every single day.
4 · We bring them home. When you're back, we drop your cat off at your door — along with any leftover food and an honest recap of the stay. Payment is collected on drop-off day, never before.

- Is this a cat taxi service?
- It's the cat-taxi half of a boarding stay: door-to-door cat transport between your home and ours, in a secure carrier and a climate-controlled vehicle. We don't run point-to-point courier trips — every ride starts or ends at our cage-free boarding home.
- How much does pickup cost?
- From $69.99 per leg, for up to two cats travelling together, with the exact price set by your city in the table above. A leg is one direction, so a pickup and a return are two legs. Beyond our 31 published cities we quote a custom rate by phone. Your price is shown when you request your booking, before anything is confirmed.
- Can you do pickup only, or drop-off only?
- Yes — choose pickup, drop-off, or both when you book. One-way works just fine.
- Do I need to provide a carrier?
- Yes, please have your cat in a secure carrier for the ride. Everything else, we handle.
- Which cities does the cat transportation cover?
- The 31 cities in the pricing table cover the GTA and its edges, Hamilton and Niagara included. Somewhere not on the list? Pick "somewhere else" in the booking form and we'll arrange the drive at a custom rate.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Earlier is better for busy travel periods, but most bookings are approved in ~2 hours during work hours — same-week requests are often no problem. Need boarding today or tomorrow? Call (437) 344-0329 and we'll sort your dates fast.
- No deposit, no prepayment — you pay at drop-off, and cancelling before your stay begins costs you nothing.
