When is your cat staying with us?

Drop-off and pick-up happen at our home in Oakville. We'll share the exact address once your booking is confirmed.

We're open 9am–9pm for drop-offs. Please give us at least a day's notice.

Pick-up date & time*

Same range — 9am to 9pm. Pick-up must be after drop-off.

Booking our Cat Chauffeur later? These times become when we arrive at your home — we'll collect your cat at the drop-off time, and bring them back at the pick-up time.

Standard Your cat(s) join our common areas with other friendly cats. Private Room Your cat(s) get their own room — up to 4 from one household.

Not sure? Standard is great for sociable cats; Private is best for shy or special-needs cats. We'll confirm with you during review.

step three

Vaccination records

Required by Ontario regulation — Rabies and FVRCP must be current through the entire stay. One document is usually all we need — most vets issue both vaccines on the same certificate. A multi-page PDF or clear phone photos of every page works perfectly.

Extras (optional)

Cat Chauffeur Flat rate per drive — we pick up & drop off at the times you entered above, up to 2 cats per trip. No chauffeur — I'll get my cat to and from you myself. We bring your cat to us (one-way) — We pick up at the start; you collect at the end. We bring your cat home (one-way) — You drop off at the start; we return at the end. We bring your cat to us and home (round trip) — We handle both legs.

Spa Experience — per cat
