1 · Request your dates
Fill the booking form, upload your cat's vaccination record, and pick your drop-off and pick-up times within our 9 AM–9 PM window. Your full price (with discounts and HST) is shown live as you go. Submit when you're ready — no payment yet.
2 · We review and approve
Every booking is reviewed personally — no auto-approvals. Usually same day, always within 2 hours during work hours. You'll get an email confirming approval, with any follow-up questions about feeding, medication, or your cat's personality.
3 · Pay and lock it in
Once approved, you'll receive a secure Shopify invoice for the full stay — discounts and HST already applied. One click to pay, and your cat's spot is fully reserved. Calendar invitations confirm your drop-off and pick-up times.
