Refund Policy

Advance Cancellations: We offer a full 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking date.


Cancellations After Booking Starts: Cancellations made after the booking has begun will receive a 50% refund for the first 5 days of the booking. For any days beyond the initial 5, a 100% refund will be issued.


Incompatibility or Safety Concerns: If we determine that our home may not be suitable for the guest cat or if the safety or well-being of the cats or staff is at risk, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, a full refund will be issued from the date of pick-up.


Emergency Cancellations: In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or rescheduling options.


Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 6 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed, and the guest cat has been picked up.


Non-Refundable Fees: Add-ons, including the Spa Experience, Cat Chauffeur Service, and Premium Meal Package, are non-refundable.


Health and Safety: If the guest cat shows signs of illness or exhibits behaviour that compromises safety or comfort, we reserve the right to cancel the booking for the well-being of all bbs and staff. A full refund will be issued starting from the date of pick-up.
